Magma has the capability and capacity to manufacture complete forehearth assemblies for the container glass industry, including forehearth arch blocks, burner blocks, bottom blocks and channels.

Additionally, we provide a full range of glass expendables, including orifice rings, plunger, feeder tubes and spout bowls.

Our facilities, including surface grinding and cutting facilities, enables us to accommodate the largest blocks and to machine them to tight tolerances, also allowing full customer inspection pre-assembly.

In addition, we specialise in the manufacture of precision cast refractories for the float glass industry. Our product range includes roof tiles, hanger bricks and entrance/ exit lintel blocks. We can also provide Zircon Patch for hot patch repairs of furnace superstructure.

Magma is also a leading supplier of Glass Melting Crucibles to the Art and Studio Glass Sector, available in sizes from 1 to 82 litres, which covers most Glass Studio requirements, including blowing, casting and colour working.

We also manufacture a wide variety of gathering rings, furnace doors and stoppers along with materials for use in day tanks and linings for glory holes.

With well-established production facilities in the UK and Vietnam, we are able to manufacture high-quality refractory parts to exacting standards, whilst also being extremely competitive on price.

Materials include Sillimanite, Mullite and Zirconia-Mullite providing superior performance for all glass applications.
