Calcination Saggars and Calciner Tubes

Our refractory calcination saggars hold and protect materials during the calcination process at high temperatures, ensuring material purity, structural integrity, and atmosphere control, enabling consistent and high-quality ceramic products.

Our Calciner Tubes enable indirect heating as the heat source is outside the tube, while the material is processed inside.

By isolating materials from the combustion atmosphere or furnace gases, they provide controlled residence time and thermal uniformity during the gradual heating of the material as it moves along the tube, undergoing chemical or phase changes, protecting it from contamination and oxidation if needed.
