Magma’s Wells blocks, Nozzles and Ladles are made from high-purity, high density materials that have been developed to provide good thermal shock resistance, high strength and good resistance to corrosion and erosion.

Our well blocks, nozzles and ladles ensure clean, controlled pouring with minimal turbulence as they are able to withstand extreme thermal and mechanical stresses, making them essential for both quality control and equipment longevity.

Our bottom pour ladle liners are designed with an integral slag-trap, meaning they are useful to obtain clean product in higher slag applications, and our tea-pot transfer ladles are designed to hold back slag and other impurities whilst the cleanest metal pours from the base of the molten pool.
